Pay water bill using the DivDat Kiosk Network: Once a payment is made a receipt is generated for that payment amount.Once information is entered correctly, the customer then submits through “Make Payment”. Information associated with the credit card is entered on the secure site. Only VISA and Mastercard credit or debit cards are accepted. Make a Payment – Residential customers can make a payment online with a credit card at the prompt.View Bills – This page allows the water customer to view the most current bill with a drop down option to view past bills.Account History - allows customers to see online transactions.Log In- All that is needed is the account number and the name as is appears on the bill.The city does not receive any processing fees, only the amount of the water bill. The processing fee for making credit card payments through the new system is 2.5%.
Residents should login by using their water billing account number and name, exactly as it appears on the water bill. The website will then prompt residential customers with options for billing information and payments.
